In the researches, it was observed that the teaching profession stress index was 94 among the most stressful professions in the range of 0-100 points. In order to increase the quality / efficiency of education, which is one of the objectives of EU 2020, it is important to have teachers with strong motivation, social, communication and problem solving skills. When we look at the results of the research conducted in our country, teachers experienced burnout syndrome as a result of increasing pressure day by day in order to be more effective. they started to share emotions.
